Communication Settings

Connect communication tools

Set up the providers BOS will use for email, SMS, calls, meetings, files, and team notifications. For launch, these are connection foundations and planned integration priorities.

Budget-friendly communication strategy

BOS should help users control outreach costs. Twilio will power real SMS, calls, replies, and logging, but users should also have a low-cost manual option.

Launch-safe approach: draft a text in BOS, copy it to your phone, send it manually, and log the activity. Paid SMS sending should show estimated cost and require review before sending.

SMTP / Custom Email

Planned

Allow users to connect custom sending domains or existing email infrastructure.
